4. Warranty Claim Process

  2. Our team will assess your claim and may request that you return the product for inspection.

  3. If the claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at no additional cost to you.

5. Costs & Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product for inspection.

  • If the claim is valid, Central Offer will cover the cost of sending a replacement or repaired product back to you.

6. Statutory Rights

This Warranty Policy does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your product is faulty.
