Refund & Return Policy – Central Offer

At Central Offer (operated by Dorset Treeworx Ltd, Company Number 07063651), we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled, in compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.


1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

  • You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at suporte@centraloffersuk.com within the 14-day period.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.).

  • Personal care or intimate items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, opened hygiene products).

  • Customised, personalised, or made-to-order products.

  • Digital/downloadable goods.

(Note: as our current catalogue mainly includes general goods and accessories, most products remain returnable.)


4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at suporte@centraloffersuk.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to us within 14 days of receiving our confirmation.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed on the same day the returned product is received.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take 5–10 working days to appear.


6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model, please contact us.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund within 10 working days, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your bank or card issuer.

  • If you still have not received your refund, contact us at suporte@centraloffersuk.com.


9. Statutory Rights

This Refund & Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
