8. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at suporte@centraloffersuk.com with photos of the package and item.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please get in touch so we can investigate with the courier.
9. International Shipping
At this time, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship internationally.
