1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery within the United Kingdom takes approximately 2–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier service, location, and external circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable UK delivery partners, including (but not limited to):

  • Royal Mail

  • DPD

  • Evri (Hermes)

  • Other common UK courier services where appropriate.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number (when available).

  • Tracking allows you to follow your parcel’s progress directly with the courier.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

  • All costs and applicable fees will be shown before you complete your purchase.

6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us due to delivery failure, we may charge an additional fee for redelivery.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

  • While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

8. Damaged or Missing Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at suporte@centraloffersuk.com with photos of the package and item.

  • If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please get in touch so we can investigate with the courier.

9. International Shipping

At this time, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship internationally.
