1. How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–7 working days across the UK. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Which carriers do you use for shipping?
We primarily use Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri (Hermes). Depending on your location, we may use other reliable UK couriers.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to follow your parcel.
5. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
6. How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed on the same day we receive the returned product. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or faulty item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at suporte@centraloffersuk.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
8. Do you offer product warranties?
Yes, all products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Please see our Warranty Policy for details.
9. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments, which includes major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
10. Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at suporte@centraloffersuk.com. Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. If your order has already shipped, you can return it under our Return & Refund Policy.
